This isn't tower living. Greens Community is low-rise villas and townhouses spread across a quiet patch near Dubai Investments Park, and the electrical work reflects that. You're dealing with individual mains feeds, garden circuits, pool pump timers, outdoor lighting runs and the occasional garage conversion that someone's turned into a home office without thinking about the load.

The villas here were built in phases, and the wiring quality varies depending on which batch your house came from. Some of the earlier units have boards that really should have been upgraded years ago — single-phase supplies struggling to power modern AC units, kitchen appliances and pool equipment all at once. We see a lot of partial rewires where the owner wants to keep the original cabling in the walls but needs new circuits for the additions.
