The Pulse is part of the Dubai South masterplan, which means everything out here was built relatively recently. The apartments and townhouses are modern, the layouts are open-plan, and the infrastructure was designed with contemporary living in mind. The community is also close enough to Expo City that some units double as short-stay rentals, which puts extra wear on the electrics.
